Mr. Juan Fong, a founding principal of Pegasus Engineering, has been proudly serving Florida’s municipalities and FDOT districts for over 16 years. As a registered professional engineer, Juan’s core experience is in the roadway and traffic engineering fields where he has served as the engineer-of-record on numerous projects. In addition to his leadership responsibilities as principal, Juan’s role at Pegasus Engineering includes the project management, planning and design of minor, major and complex roadways and transportation systems in Florida.
Juan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida. He proudly serves the local engineering community through his involvement with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), and the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE).
Mr. Fursan Munjed is a founding principal at Pegasus Engineering and has over 16 years of experience in the roadway and traffic engineering fields. As a registered professional engineer, Fursan has served as the engineer-of-record on numerous projects throughout Florida. In his role as principal at Pegasus Engineering, Fursan provides expertise in the preparation of roadway plans, signing and pavement marking plans, signalization and communication plans, traffic control plans, intelligent transportation systems plans, preliminary engineering reports, traffic design reports, traffic operation reports, and more.
Fursan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida. He stays on the leading edge of the industry through his involvement with professional associations including the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
